All iPads Sync mp3 music from files to apple music app

I have in google drive my music but if i download to my ipad o iphone it apperas on file app and i would like to have in the app “music“. Anybody knows how to solve it
I dont have mac so i cant sync library or dont know how to do it from ipados

Apple has effectively firewalled off the Music app from other apps on the iPad, even their own like Files. You could use third party apps like VLC.
