Sync music from iPhone to brand new MBP?

Hey guys,

Just bought a 13" MBP and LOVE it! I used to have a pc and had all my iTunes music on there and my iPhone 3GS. Is there a way I can transfer my music from my phone to my iTunes 10 library on my new computer?

the iphone/ipod touch/ipad doesn't act as a dummy, its active during the file transfer. long story short their not just files, you need software to grab it.

Thanks Hellhammer, didn't have the initiative to go on the guide unfortunately.

I just downloaded iRip for free, unfortunately it's only installing a few tracks. Anyone know any other alternatives which are FREE and allow me to add unlimited songs to iTunes from the phone?
