Hi all, on another note. It would be nice to be able to sync my apple iPhone with MacBook Pro ie messages / emails etc. It only seems to have partly done this oddly enough. I remember reading somewhere too thats its that clever your can copy something on your iPhone and paste it on your Mac ? I've tried that and it doesn't work :-(.

Cheers

Login using the same iCloud account on both devices. Email will sync up. Messages will begin to sync from login time.

In the future, I believe, iMessages will be stored on the cloud and may be retroactive as well.

What @960design said.

With iCloud logged in on both devices, and they are both connected to WiFi, and Handoff Enabled (System Preferences > General), clipboard can be copied between Macs, Mac to iOS, iOS to Mac.

iCloud handoff stuff can be wonky if you use Ethernet. I disable the Ethernet and use WiFi only most of the time and this works pretty well for handoff.
