Sync Notes to iPhone after Moving from Windows Outlook to Mac

All the Notes from my iPhone disappeared, please help me to get them back.

I used Windows Outlook and synced Outlook Notes to my iPhone with iTunes for Windows. It worked fine.

Then I got a MacBook Pro and found that iTunes in Mac OS X didn't keep my Notes on the iPhone.

I have over a thousand notes got from iPhone but they are still on my Windows Outlook. How can I migrate them to Mac and sync to my iPhone, and iPad?
