Sync notes?

So with the new version of iTunes and 3.0 on the phone we can sync notes. But where the heck does it put them?

Microsoft Outlook. You have to go to Info in iTunes when in the iPhone section and enable Notes Syncing.

I just tried syncing my notes and something weird happened. I checked the box for "Sync Notes" in the "Info" tab in the iTunes iPhone screen. Then I hit "Apply." As soon as I did that, the check mark disappeared, and the notes did not sync. Anyone had any luck syncing notes?

I'm on a mac. But your suggestion gave me an idea, the notes are sent to mail for those looking. So I have found my notes, and syncing notes works fine for me.

Go into the Preferences for Mail, go to the Composing tab, and then make sure "Create Notes and To-Dos are created on" is set to "On My Mac"
