After installing iOS 4.3 on my non-jailbroken iPhone4, I got an error from iTunes (10.2) saying that the TomTom Western Europe App cannot by synced. (0xE8000004)

So I downgraded back to 4.2.1 but I got the same error. After a factory restore I re-downloaded the app on my iPhone. Everything looked OK.
But after syncing with iTunes again, I received the same error yet again...

I''ve also got the same issue, i've not tried restoring to a previous iOS, however Tomtom seems to be the only app that has this problem.

Please post if you have found a way around this problem.

Thank you.

Same problem here

Anyone managed to install tomtom on an iPhone 4 running 4.3?

Same problem

Hi, I had this problem at the last iphone upgrade kept retrying, no idea what happenned but suddenly it loaded, probably after 10 tries.

have just updated to 4.3.3 and now have same porblem.......arghhhhh. must have now tried 20 times....(very scientific) but no joy......

BTW anyone reading this should note that for each update of tomtom europe it is a1.77gb download, so perhaps is worth just buying local maps as is far quicker.

Success

Not sure if just a coincidence but have just got it loaded. I picked (at random) another app to download from the istore. For some reason it synced this and the tomtom, so all is working...........

Good Luck

No problem with installing USA TomTom on 4.3.2 (and now upgraded to 4.3.3). I have the white iPhone 4.
