I have a few hundred songs that I have rated from my ipod classic. I was able to rip that playlist and put it on my macbook air so now i have all of them rated on my macbook air.

Is there a way to have iTunes match put this rating/playlist over to my windows desktop? My windows desktop will only show like 37 songs that are rated. iTunes match does not seem to want to sync playlists across my computers.

So is the problem that not all the songs are sowing up as rated on your windows machine? Or that your playlists don't show up on your windows machine or both? If its just the playlists I know that iCloud won't sync smart playlists that reference other playlists, maybe that's the problem?

Have you thought about using home sharing? I know it's not automatic, and I'm not sure whether it keeps the ratings, but it will at least allow you to copy the music.

The problem is that the ratings don't carry over from my MBA to my desktop
