Sync two monitors with same wallpaper with changing desktop wallpaper

I have two monitors hooked up to my MacBook Pro OS X.5.

What I want to do is have my wallpaper change every 30 min or so but have both monitors change to the same wallpaper at the same time. It would also have to sync up the change times again when the monitor is plugged back into my Mac.

I cannot seem to get this to happen and I cannot find any way to accomplish this.
