Sync while Jailbroken

My phone's been jailbroken for a few weeks now and I wanted to check and see if i'll have any problems syncing with my comp. I just dont want to have to restore it and then reinstall all my installer apps. Thanks.

Mine is unlocked and jailbroken, and I sync it everyday. (just got it Monday)
