Sync with offline file in outlook 2003

Hello everyone,

I'd like to sync my stuff with my iphone, home MBP and also my pc at work. I'm using Windows XP at work and my company uses Microsoft exchange server. The thing is that I'd like to sync my stuff with an offline file I've created. I created an offline file where I created a calendar, todo, note and addressbook. This is this file I'd like to sync. Is it possible?
