Sync with windows mobile

Whats the best way I can sync my contacts and calender between my mac and my moto q? I don't need it to be wireless or anything just a way that when I plug my phone into my laptop it'll sync. And free is best. Thanks.

I don't know about the Q specifically, but look at a program called The Missing Sync. Not free, but really, really worth the price.

I use The Missing Sync myself. Not too bad, except for a couple of niggling bugs that can be downright irritating at times.

I played around with this for a while the only app that really did what I wanted was The Missing Sync. I just found that I could live without my Axim though.
