On my Macs I use the Calendar program.

On iOS I am currently using Outlook.

I previously used Google Calendar and just recently began using the Calendar program on Mac.

I just entered a calendar event on my Mac and it did not synch to Outlook on iOS or to Google Calendar.

1. What settings do I need to adjust?

Thanks.

Are you signed into the same iCloud account and use it for calendar in both macOS and iOS?

I do think this has something to do with it, though I am confused by my iCloud account. My iPhone last night asked me to enable 2-factor authentication so I set this up. Sometime after this, Outlook on my iPad and iPhone keep popping up with a message indicating that I need to enter my password for my iCloud account.I enter the password, and it will not accept it. I just logged into iCloud online and changed my password and tried to enter this into Outlook on iOS and it will still not accept it. What is going on? Is there some other process I need to go through to enter a password now that I have 2-factor authentication.

Log into iCloud.com. Under Settings, select Manage My Account; then under Security generate an App-Specific Password for Outlook.

Thanks for the info, that did it. How would you ever know about this, it never prompted me to do this? Is this app specific password the same one I would use for Outlook on all of my devices?

Thanks.
[doublepost=1490985305][/doublepost]The calendar is now syncing in outlook on my iPad but not on my iPhone. I did go through the process again and enter an app specific password on my iPhone also.

I am not sure how it is supposed to work, but I created an app-specific password for BusyCal macOS and then another for BusyCal iOS. But, I only have an iPhone, not an iPad, also.
