I have just been given an iPad 3 for work, and when it was given to us, they have already put on 2 apps that we will need. Now I already have an iPad 2 and would like to put some of the apps from that one onto my new one, but if I sync the apps, it says that it will delete the apps that are on my new iPad. Can someone advise on how to save those apps and how to put the other apps onto my new one?

Go to settings - store and log out of the works account. Login to your own. Got to the app store and the purchased tab and download the apps you want from your account. Once downloaded you can log back into your works store account if you want.

If any of the apps require updates in the future you need to log in to the appropriate account the app was bought on to update it.

This is all done on the ipad BTW, not via syncing to a Mac/Pc
