Syncing Apps on Multiple Computers?

Can anyone here confirm if you can sync apps from iTunes to your phone/ipod from multiple computers and not just the computer your iPhone is synced with?

Or will it only work on on the computer your synced with like music on the iPhone?

I am hoping that we can, since I have an iPod Touch and planning to get the 3G iPhone. As the day goes on we will find out. Once people start trying to share their apps...
