syncing bookmarks (between safari/chrome)

I'd like to use Safari on my mobile device (iphone), but on the desktop side I'm on windows and use the Chrome browser. So my goal is to have Chrome's bookmarks show up in Safari, and when I add any bookmarks inside Safari, it should sync to Chrome. What's the correct way to implement this? I've read some articles noting iCloud to help sync, but it wasn't clear whether it will do what I'm wanting. Thanks.

Install the iCloud for Windows control panel and you're all set. I use it with Windows 10 and it syncs with Chrome and IE. Remember to switch on the Safari button in Settings > iCloud on your phone.
