It's widely known that you can sync content from one machine, while you can stream content from up to five machines. But can you sync content from one machine, but from two different user-accounts? If I sync my music and movies to AppleTV from my computer, can my wife then also sync her library from that machine, using her own user-account?

The ATV takes its content from one users folder. You can stream the content from another folder though.
