Syncing Email on my MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad

I have a Macbook Pro, a 3G iPhone, and an iPad. I would like to be able to delete an email message on one device and have it affect the other two. How do I do this?
 
In your MobileMe settings on your iPhone and other devices, do you have all of those things switched to the "on" position, for syncing?
