Syncing emails

Both my mac and iPhone say both ✉ address are map but they are not syncing , anyone got the answer please

You'll have to provide us with a bit more information before we can help. What email service provides (Google, Apple, Yahoo, ISP etc.) are you using? Has it synced fine before? Have you made any changes to the account settings lately?

And neither of them is working? Can you login to your accounts through the web services?

I logged into iCloud web page ok

That's great, it means there are no problems with your account. Have you simply tried rebooting your devices to see if that helps?

Yes this is about the ⅓ day. I did have problems with my account after 9.3 but they were 'supposedly' dealt with by Apple
