You'll have to provide us with a bit more information before we can help. What email service provides (Google, Apple, Yahoo, ISP etc.) are you using? Has it synced fine before? Have you made any changes to the account settings lately?

That's great, it means there are no problems with your account. Have you simply tried rebooting your devices to see if that helps?
