Syncing files to multiple computers app?

I'm looking for an application to sync files automatically each time I save.

Ideally, I would like my MacBook pro, iMac, NAS drive to all have the same files. This way I can continue the work on either machine.

I have used my NAS Synology cloud sync but I kept having issues with conflicts, so I have had enough.

Both mac are running 10.10.1

Anyone have any recommendations?

Price is not an issue as long as it's resonable.
