Syncing hotmail to Mail.app

Is there a way to sync a hotmail account into Mail.app? Even if it is just a forward to another email address that does sync with Mail would work great. I tried finding the POP settings on hotmail.com but could not find any information on forwarding to Mail or Outlook. Anyone accomplish this? My sister is dying to get her hotmail synced and I told her I'd help her! Hopefully someone can help me now!!!
