iPhone syncing iphone - remove jailbreak?

Will syncing my jailbroken iphone remove the jailbreak? I update Pandora and now my tweak 'Pandora Downloader' does not work because of the update and I want to install Pandora from itunes that has not been updated.

Updating an app and removing the jailbreak are 2 different things.
The particular hack might have worked and have been coded for the older specific Pandora version but it doesn't mean it will work with every new Pandora update ever released.
So you either wait for an update on Pandora downloader or you stick with the old version of Pandora.
Your choice.
