Syncing iPhone with Address Book...?

i recently added some phone numbers to my iPhone,
but now want to Sync with Address Book......

Am i going to lose the phone numbers i added just to my iPhone
when i Sync ??

What are you syncing with....outlook 03/07 or iCal or something else. Do you have your iPhone setting's in iTunes set to sync with said calender/address book?

Or you may try the iPhone user manual that is available on line and very easy to use. Here try this out: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1692 and there are many other answers to questions in the same manual
