I recently bought the new unibody MacBook and I intend to use it as the main laptop to sync all songs, movies, photos, apps and data to my iPod Touch. Previously I have been doing this using my iBook G4.

Does this mean I need to transfer all the said items into the new MacBook before syncing? This could take some time and I need to be sure before I perform to be certain.

Any light appreciated. :)

wha tu should do, is get senuti and transfer everything from ur touch to ur new macbook. all done(this will work only if u havea ll of ur music, movies etc.)

yeah..i actually just needed to do this like 15 mintues ago... download that program....then plug your ipod into your macbook while holding control and command.

all of your files on the ipod will appear within the senuti program....i then just selected all of the files that i wanted and saved it to a folder on my desktop..then i dragged that folder on my desktop into itunes. For some reason senuti wasnt importing the files into itunes directly..not sure if something wasnt right..so i did it the long way.
