Is it possible to sync the Mail app on the iPod Touch with Microsoft Entourage?

In the iTunes options, you only get a choice of syncing with OSX Mail app.

I think, too, that it depends on whether your company has their entourage/outlook set up for IMAP. I just had them bounce my mail to a gmail account and sync that with mail on my touch.
