Syncing itunes music to sony walkman app

Hi everyone,

I need to sync some playlists and specifically (star ratings) from my itunes to my android phone (preferably wirelessly). What is the simplest easiest tool to do this?

Right now I listen to my music using the walkman app and sync using the sony bridge app but it's so slow and it doens't sync star ratings.
