Syncing iTunes music to Windows Phone 8.1

I'd like to sync my iTunes library on my rMBP to my phone running Windows Phone 8.1. Is this possible to do without the Windows Phone App for Mac which is not available on the Canadian Mac app store?

easy way is to upload your iTunes music to One Drive then use Groove Music app. If your iTunes music is DRM free then just copy the music to a memory card then install in phone and use windows music app to read it. Not sure Groove works with 8.1 but if it doesn't then the 8.1 windows app will work with Micro SD card.
