Syncing JB iPhone 4

I got the JB working and everything (THANKS COMEX + TEAM!!!), but I haven't tried syncing with iTunes yet. Anything I should be aware of? I have .ipa files that I installed manually on the phone...syncing shouldn't delete them, right?

I doubt it's going to delete it...
I synced my iPhone 4 like 1 hr after i jailbroke and updated cydia, and (installed the T-Pain app) lol nothing happened. just like a regular sync.
