I just updated my iPhone 4 to the iOS6
I have mountain lion on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.8.1)
For some reason the calendar events that I created on my iPhone wouldn't sync to my calendar on my laptop
More importantly, I am having trouble syncing the messages into the messaging app on my computer. I have it set up on my Mac that I can send messages with my @me.com account, but I want to be able to send messages from my mac that show up as my phone number instead of my me.com account. Also the messages from my phone won't sync with my computer at all.

Any help with the settings?
Thanks

I thought they were phasing out .me? Maybe that's part of the problem? I'm not sure, I just switched over from Android but this may be the case. Also, you should make sure that you are signing in to both the phone and Mac using same credentials. I had trouble getting my iMac, iPhone, iCloud and Gmail to all play nice together and eventually had to give up on certain features working in the iCloud. I confirmed this limitation with one of the Apple employees in the store.
