Syncing Notes Across iCloud

For anyone running El Capitan, can you let us know if notes can be synced (or shared and kept in sync I guess) across iCloud accounts?

What I mean is, can I share a note with someone in my family share iCloud account, and have the note stay in sync as we both edit it?

This feature would be great, and the last new addition I would need to ditch something like simplenote.

Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
