I bought Numbers for iPad and iPhone. I don't know if I needed to do this or not, but I shared some spread sheets I created to iWork and now I can view them on both of my iOS devices and edit them while both update in real time.

I decided to also buy Numbers '09 for OSX just now and I'm having an issue. I do not see my spreadsheets on my mac like I do on my OSX devices. I downloaded the shared sheets from iWork but they are an old version that hasn't been updated.

    What do I do?

Unfortunately Apple has not updated the iWork OSX Apps to support the new iCloud Sync support that is available to the iOS Apps. You need to download the documents from the iCloud website.

Worse than that the files aren't even truly compatible and everytime you switch between mac and iOS you essentially have to make a new version.
