Syncing one itunes library with another for iphone 4???

im trying to sync my library on another computer with my iphone 4.... my question is i get a prompt saying since it is synced with another computer do i want to delete this iphone and replace it with the current computers music library...
does this erase delete songs or the whole contents and settings to the whole iphone??

This will only delete the things that are being synced (or not synced...).

All movies, music, etc will be erased.

ok so all my apps, settings will be ok?... this would just delete mp3s?

i currently dont have any songs on my iphone so that would be cool...

Apps should be okay. As long as the new iTunes library is activated to your account, it will ask you to ‘Transfer Purchases’ this will be anything purchased in iTunes or the mobile App Store.

And settings will also be untouched. You might be screwed with Mail accounts, but I’m not sure.
