iPod syncing Outlook calendar to iPod

I am using Outlook 2003 and trying to sync to my iPod in iTunes 7. I cannot find a way to do this. I found info on apple's website but it was for iTunes 5. The iPod tab in those directions is missing in version 7. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

Personally, I just use iPodsync as my Outlook calendar is on a machine that is not where I sync my iPod....
