Syncing Photos by Events in iTunes 7.7

Anyone else have problems syncing photos by events in iTunes 7.7? I can't do that since the update.

What am I missing? What do photos and Events have to do with iTunes?

Aha. Sorry, I only have a couple of Shuffles, thus the ignorance.
The Touch has me considering a purchase, though.
