Syncing photos on Iphone to a different computer

Does anyone know how to sync photos that are already on the Iphone to a new computer. I had to reinstall windows meaning that the 1000+ photos I have in my photo album on my Iphone are stuck there unless someone can help me. I know I can email them but this would take far to long plus the images have been compressed so are a smaller size.

Get sharepod (free) and copy them to a PC. Otherwise use Image Capture on a Mac, but this will only get the camera roll pics. You can buy software to do the same thing as sharepod for a Mac, as well.
