Syncing photos taken on iPhone to PC

Can anyone tell me how to sync the photos i have taken on my iPhone to a PC?

turn off itunes

turn off itunes, and also turn off iTunes helper (called something like that) in the task manager.

Then connect your USB to your phone and windowds should start the picture and scanner wizard.

This method works fine for my office pc which doesnt have iTunes installed.

I never disable iTunes. Each time I plug in my iPhone, the photos can be accessed via My Computer.
