I have ordered a Macbook Pro, I want to sync, and keep synced my user folder that's on my iMac to the user folder on the MBP. I've found a program called Chronosync that says it can sync two Mac's.

If I sync the two user folders is there anything system specific in the user folders that should not be synced?

I am concerned that there may be something like a configuration file on my iMac that if copied over will cause technical problems for the MBP or vice-versa.

I've been using Chronosync - but I'm using it only to Sync / Back up my main folders - not the entire Home Folder. But for what it's worth - the program works flawlessly.
