Syncing with 2nd PC wants to remove apps?

Why is my iPad doing this? I have two PCs I sync with. Well, it was one and I installed iTunes on this PC and when I go to sync, it asks if I am sure I want to delete the apps I have installed. If I hit cancel, it won't sync. I made this an authorized PC, btw. 3 of 5.

Just sync with the one PC, and turn home sharing on.

Home sharing?? Isn't that just for music? I have not read up on it.

No, you can do more than 1. You have to authorize them in an odd way. I did this and was able to sync w/out removing my apps.

You can authorize computers to playe the music across them all, but you can only sync on one device. Yes, home sharing is for music, movies, etc.

machine1<->iOS device<->machine2 or
