Syncing with iPhone to Mac (through iTunes), without authorising Apple ID.

Scenario:

My friend lent me his Apple ID to download an app for my iPhone.
I first downloaded it through my Mac then synced with my iPhone later.
My friend told me that I should not have done that and should have just went to the App Store through my iPhone to download the app.

So I did.
Then I signed out of my friend's account from both devices and I told him to un-authorized his account from my Mac. He did.

Now, every time I sync my iPhone, it asks me whether I would like to authorise the Apple ID or not, and if not then that application and it's data would be lost.

I selected "Do not Authorise" and the app is gone from my iPhone but not my Mac.
The iPhone app on my Mac is not usable.

What could be the possible solution for me to have that app without having to authorise it?

I could authorise it but that would not be the right way to treat my friend cause he already has 4 authorised computers for that Apple ID.

Easiest and best solution, go buy the app for yourself. What your are asking for is how to pirate the application, that is against the TOS of the forums, please avoid these types of questions here.
