Syncing with multiple iTunes accounts on the same computer

Hi,
I have a 3GS, and a Canadian iTunes account. I have a question though:

I'm moving back to my home country soon. Can I use a credit card from a different country to continue using the canadian version of the iTunes store?

If not, I will need to make a new iTunes account with my home country's iTunes store. Will I still be able to use all the apps I already have now? What I mean is, can I sync one phone to an iTunes that has apps from different user accounts?

It might not work.
You should try calling Apple and see if they can transfer your purchases to the new account if possible. Then you can download them again for free.
