I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, but this keeps sending me back to Garmin for simplicity sake.

I do multiple workouts for Triathlon plus strength training.

I use Garmin for swims and outdoor cycling, this currently syncs to Strava.

I use Rouvy or Zwift for indoor cycling, these currently sync to Strava.

I use Workoutdoors or the native Apple App for running and strength, again, syncing to Strava. (I use Garmin when I return to that device)

I want to sync all my workouts to Strava AND Apple Health.

It seems that whatever combination of uploads / syncing I use, it either results in duplicate workouts or I have to open certain apps in a certain order to get the syncing. If I open the Strava app on my iPhone, or use Healthfit, or Rungap it usually results in not syncing correctly or duplicate workouts.

Does anyone have the settings they use to sync to Apple Health and Strava from mutlpie sources without duplicates, and the least number of app opens / buttons presses as possible?
