Odd behavior found in multiple logins...

If I configure Spaces to show in the Menu Bar, when I click on the "Open Spaces Preferences" menu item nothing happens. If I go to System Preferences and then click on "Expose and Spaces" and then click the Spaces tab I can get there, but that's two extra clicks and a lot more mouse movement.

The reason I have to go in there a lot is because Spaces seems to "lose" applications, something I've seen documented before. My solution is to simply turn off spaces, which makes all of my applications come back. Then I save what I need to and then reenable Spaces. I should probably write a script for this but this workaround is good enough until the bug is fixed.

Any advice on why the menu bar doesn't work right?

Oops - I moved the System Prefs into a subfolder

I was working on another issue (updating Garageband) when I figured out applications don't like being moved. Highly annoying from an organization perspective but it solved the problem.
