System in English date in French?!

Hi... is it possible with Sierra to have everything in English but the day/date in French? I'm pretty sure my Macbook Pro was set like this and it changes... or maybe I'm dreaming...

Oddly enough, it is possible: go to System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced... > General tab > Format Language, and choose your language for dates, times, and numbers.
