So im trying to get my Mac ready for an SSD upgrade and a clean install of Catalina. Problem is, since 32-bit apps arent supported anymore, i need to check for any incompatible apps. However, when I open system information, its not loading anything.

Is Spotlight disabled? I don't recall if this is one of them, but a lot of Apple's software relies on the Spotlight index being present to function properly.

If this is solely a matter of weeding out 32-bit apps, here is an additional tool that will do that, from a developer who has created a host of them in tracking and trying to compensate for the shortcomings and idiosyncrasies in mac OS.
