Recently working with Logic on my Macbook, i was running the basic procedure of playing a project thru and the playhead glitched and then this message appeared:

System Overload.
The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time.

Now using my common sense, obviously my computer is "slow," but what does this mean? I don't want to narrow down the question too much because I don't 100% know what I'm talking about.

considering you have a 2ghz CD macbook, the audio card in there isn't very good AT ALL, logic is a pretty intensive program.
