System permission dialog gets stuck

Anyone else having the issue where system permissions like allowing access to a folder, or allowing an app to use input monitoring get stuck? The buttons don't do anything and it's not possible to dismiss the dialog.

Gonna file this, but wanted to know if anyone else has this issue, and if there's a workaround (like a process to kill).

The workaround for this type of issues usually is to reset the TCC database.

From Terminal: tccutil reset All
