Hi all, I'm currently quite happy with my setup (Vertex 3 in hdd bay and and hdd in optical bay) but every so often, when I open my computer and wake from sleep, the system will hang for maybe 15-20 seconds. It will remain unresponsive then all of a sudden it will work fine.

I know people have reported sleep issues with certain SSDs but I'm not sure if this is one of them. It's never frozen up completely; it always goes back to normal after a handful of seconds, and it's probably happend around 6 times in the week and a half that I've had the SSD.

Is this a common sleep problem? Could it be a a power-saver feature and it just takes the drive that long to snap back?

I'm having this same issue lately; Intel X25M is my boot drive. Probably safe to say this started happening after 10.6.8 update.

Any thoughts?
