System Restore

Hi there,

is it possible to do a system restore on mac. Just to say... this time yesterday?

I heard you can, but can't see where to go to do it..

system restore on windows as far as I'm aware just restores the windows registry to a previous state. OSX doesn't have a registry.

The closest thing I guess in a way of magically sorts out odd problems would be the disk utilities repair permissions. Which you'll find in applications.
