Well, for me, I had trouble ordering from T-Mobile because of all the issues they were having. So I wasn’t able to order till 5pm that evening. I think that’s why there was a delay in charge.

I am positively sure that Sprint by T-Mobile works on a whole different platform. You guys are lucky.

That is the issue I am facing. My tmobile is under my sisters name. We ordered 3 phones. 1 to her address and 2 to mine. But the shipping is all under her name.
Her UPS account is verified with her home address and it shows 1 package from tmobile going to her.
My UPS account is verified with my name and my address and I see nothing under my ups.
I am hoping a label is created but none of the my choice's name and address match since the one being mailed to my house still has her name on it.
I am trying to chat with TForce twitter, hopefully I can get lucky like others and get the tracking.
Does anyone here know if it's possible to recieve the phone before the tracking is fully updated?
I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB in Space Black at 7:56 AM ET time on 9/9. My account was charged that Sunday on 9/11, however I have not seen any movement within the UPS My Choice app at all.

Does the Name and Address on the UPS My Choice match the Name and Address on the Tmobile order status page? It seems like if the tmobile account holder name is different than yours, the my choice won't show the tracking.
Yep, both my name and address match with what is shown on the T-Mobile order status page. (I bought the phone and own the account myself)

No, since only one phone was going to her address. Other 2 are going to my address so it won't show up in her account.
Also, good news guys!!!! I just got the tracking number by chatting with @TMobileHelp on twitter. I also chatted with them on tmobile website, but they couldn't get it for me, but the twitter account was able to get the tracking number for me.
So IF you UPS My Choice is under your name and the TMobile account is under someone elses name (different family member) the tracking number will not show up on UPS My Choice!
As I mentioned before, I had 3 orders, only 1 showed up on the My Choice because the name and address matched. So I chatted with the twitter page and they were able to give me the remaining 2 tracking numbers.
I ordered 2 black iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb and 1 gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb between 5:30 and 6:30 PM (after work) on Friday the 9th. I was charged for 1 on the 10th and 2 on the 11th.
Super excited now!
You should be able to just reach out to @TmobileHelp on Twitter and they will be able to get you the tracking number. The app and the website chat isn't able to help with that, only twitter so far.

I think you’re right. A friend of mine who has always been T-Mo had a terrible time preordering on 9/9.
Yep, I was one of the few that managed to get my pre-order done before 5 AM PDT. Shortly after it opened up, their servers were overloaded. Meanwhile, the Apple Store website wouldn't let me in at 5 AM PDT at all.
From now on tho, I'll be sure to just setup everything in the Apple Store app on iOS. (Switching from Android, so I couldn't do that this time)

Hey folks. After my deposit I owe 635 for my phone with T mobile giving me trade in credit of 545…I’m assuming over 2 years.
I also assume I can’t get the 635 by selling. T mobile chat rep says if I do that I’ll lose the promo. If I pay the phone off it won’t matter regardless correct?

I am not sure if I understand you correctly for right now, I owed $545 on my iPhone 12 Pro max and am getting $35/month bill credit for the promotion when I got it, I am supposed to get it for 6 more months.
I was able to pay off $545 that was due on the device and was able to trade in the same phone for the 14 Pro Max with $1,000 trade in credit. ($330 as bill credit and $670 as bill credit over 24 months). And I will continue to get the $35 credit for the next 6 months as I was getting.
So, if you pay the phone off, you should still continue to get the bill credits.

I want to confirm this as well. Based on your comment here, I dm’ed their support on Twitter and they got back to me with a tracking number.
Previously I had been charged, but, never got my tracking and my choice wasn’t updating.

I have tracking number from ups but no shipped text but my preorder status says ships 9/14-9/16 which is new

Have you got your tracking info at all on MyChoice? That is how I was able to find mine. I was also able to pre-authorize the delivery so I didn’t have to wait around to sign for it since I have work that day.

Almost time! I have a question, and I’m sorry if it’s already been asked: On TMo and buying a phone directly from Apple. I’m doing a trade-in and am at the point where I need to select ‘unconnected’ (used to say unlocked—wonder when that changed) or T-Mobile. Same price. Any advantages to one over the other? Will the e-SIM be easier to setup if I choose TMo? Not sure which option is best, or if it makes a difference at all. Appreciate any feedback!

Yes, I do have my tracking number but all it says is “Label created” . Waiting for that infamous “shipped “ text from T-Mobile
