ANYONE ENCOUNTERED THIS WEIRD ISSUE WITH T-MOBILE?
9/9 - Ordered 14 Pro Max from T-Mobile.com. Showed delivery 9/16
9/11 6:30pm - Received SMS from T-Mobile saying problems with my credit card, call ASAP
9/11 6:31pm - Received SMS from USAA asking if the recent charges are actually me. I replied "Y" and they said no further action needed.
9/11 6:40pm - Called T-Mobile. They asked for all my CC info again. Said everything is fine
9/15 9:00am - Order status still shows billing issue, "Order kept on hold". No authorization on my card. T-Mobile person says there appears to be nothing wrong and don't know why my side shows billing issues or hold since they don't see that on their side. They see "Phone Backordered". They said now phones are shipping mid October. Said if I don't have it by October 15 to call back.
