I am fully locked out of my account. Called and everything crashed on the t-mobile side. Can’t even upgrade through the apple site because everything is crashed on the t-mobile side. I was trying to upgrade and was almost done and that is when it all went down. I can not believe this is the first year since 2007 I have ever had this happen to me.

Still waiting on the phone with a rep to get an order in as the system isn’t working. Always fun at 5am lol. I can’t believe you still have to call to do JOD upgrades after all these years.

Yea. I got burned by this too. I have no idea what that is. I’m guessing it’s because we’re both Sprint expats and although we’re on the ‘network’ T-Mobile still has us largely on legacy sprint systems.

I wound up going to the sprint app and placing an order no problem. I expect my config will probably make release day (512gb pro max gold) because everyone else is running for purple and black.
